Our Weekend

We had a fun filled weekend, that started with our first baseball scrimmage of the season. Our team looks pretty good and the kids all had fun, so that's what important. Braiden didn't do so well, two strike-outs and a walk, but it's still early. After the scrimmage, it was home to clean up and head off to see the Harlem Globetrotters! We all really enjoyed that. I'd never seen them before either, so it was a first time experience for Braiden and I. Our Saturday evening was spent with Brett off hanging out with his fellow baseball coaches and Braiden and I hanging out at my friend Darnell's. We all had fun evenings, but not all together! Today was Sunday school, and spending lots of time outdoors, since it was so beautiful out! Brett's yard looks fantastic after it's first mowing of the season. My pansies look great, even after they got snowed on, so life is good in the Groller household, we're just all tired and ready for bed.

SNOW!!!

All I have to say is...AT LAST!! We all had to go out in our FIRST snow of the year (as far as I'm concerned). We all three went out and made a snowman and had a snowball fight, topped off with hot showers and smores! What a night! Oh, and yes, for those of your who know my "northern-from the snowbelt-husband, yes that's him in the SHORTS! Now, if they'd just cancel school before we go to bed, all would be right in the world.
